Commerce University has 3 medical centers
icluding emergency treatment rooms, policlinics and 7 infirmaries , a bio-chemical laboratory, and a Psychological
Counselling department. A full-time doctor , 5 nurses,1 laboratory technician
and 2 qualified counsellors are employed. On our Eminönü campus, our health
service is available
until 8 in
the evening for the Master’s degree
students.
Our Medical Center is capable of carrying out all the bio-chemical
check-ups including full blood count and urinalysis . We apply all the
necessary treatments and after carrying
out first aid , the patient is transferred to a hospital in a fully- equipped
ambulance.
We also provide some training services for our students and
staff on subjects such as contagious diseases and medical counselling.
Pharmaceutical stocks are supplied
in our medical centers to be used as the patients first dose , and the follow-up
medicine is prescribed for the treatment.
After receiving the results of
bio-chemical check-ups , our doctor informs the patient and plans the necessary
treatment.
All the services provided by our
medical center are free of charge.
